Arnish Point on the Isle of Lewis is a key manufacturing and assembly facility for the renewable energy sector in the Western Isles.
First established in 1975 as an oil fabrication yard, the total site area now covers 20 hectares of industrial land with scope to expand. Strategically placed on the west coast and with deepwater facilities, Arnish Point has a wide land use planning classification making it ideal for further development. An experienced and flexible local workforce combined with a modern and adaptable site, gives Arnish Point unrivalled appeal for potential tenants.

Western Isles Enterprise (WIE), who lease the site from the community-owned estate Stornoway Trust, have invested around £6 million redeveloping the Arnish Point site, with further investment planned for the future.
The extensive Arnish Point site has plenty of scope for a range of other tenants. Key features are:
· Serviced development land
· Flexible custom-made assistance packages
· Buildings for lease
· Infrastructure e.g. quay facilities and office accommodation
· Flexible lease periods and competitive rentals
· Access to high-speed broadband
