The DVD, produced under the HI-energy brand for Highlands and Islands Enterprise was entered into the public relations category, which, accroding to the criteria, state that it must be a "programme intended for external use, specifically to promote an issue or area of interest, or to be part of a PR campaign, but not containing sales messages".

The IVCA is an independent and not for profit organisation. with roots going back 50 years.  It assists over 2,500 associates, who commission and produce ethical and effective media solutions. This powerful sector has a UK turnover in excess of £3billion and the IVCA has all aspects of film, video, business events and every digital medium from websites to blogging, podcasting and mobile telephony, as part of our remit.

The awards ceremony was held in the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, and Phil Smith from Republic Productions was there to collect the award.  Phil said, "We are delighted to have won this award working in conjunction with Highlands and Islands Enterprise.  The DVD was an excellent project to work on, and was a real eye-opener in terms of the wealth of resource that the region has to offer when it comes to renewable energy."
